If you want to jump right in and start viewing restaurants’ menus, just make your selections from the selection box in the upper-right corner of this page. When the restaurants are displayed, refer to the legend above the listing for your options. That’s all there is to it. Even though you can register on our site, registration is not required.
- Viewers can now send an e-mail of the currently-selected restaurants to themselves or their friends and family. To get started, just make your selection as normal, then click on the “E-mail this listing” link under the selection box.
- Viewers can now register to receive e-mail alerts when a restaurant in their area is added to our site. However, registration is not required to use our site.
- Viewers can now send e-mail referrals of restaurants of their choice to others. The referral will include the restaurant’s name, address, and phone number. Just click on the restaurant’s name to begin.
- The final new feature will be noticeable to viewers and beneficial to restaurant owners. Restaurant owners can now choose the option to have their restaurant listed on a “priority” basis, putting them at the top of the listings (based on the seniority of other restaurants in the same priority listings). Viewers will see those restaurants listed in bold, red text.
- View Menu - Displays the restaurant’s menu(s).
- View Specials - Displays the restaurant’s specials (if available).
- View Coupons - Displays the restaurant’s coupons (if available).
- Go to Website - Sends you to the restaurant’s website (if available).
- Send E-mail - Sends an e-mail to the restaurant’s owner (if available).
- View Address - Displays the restaurant’s address.
- Get Directions - Sends you to MapQuest for directions to the restaurant.
- Number of Views - Shows how many times the restaurant’s menu has been viewed.
- View Hours - Shows the hours the restaurant is open.
- Restaurant Referral - Sends a referral for the restaurant to e-mail recipients of your choice.
- E-mail This Listing - Sends an e-mail listing the currently-selected restaurants to an e-mail recipient of your choice.
- User Registration - Allows you to be notified by e-mail when there is a new restaurant added in your county. (Registration is not required to use our site.)
Besides your restaurant’s name, address, phone and fax numbers, the following features are available to you:
- Menu Display - Unlimited number of pages can be displayed. You can include any menus you may have, such as breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert menus, as well as your beer and wine lists. This is your menu that you give your patrons. Not some generic, text-only version that doesn't reflect well on your restaurant, like the ones so many other websites are “kind enough” to give you.
- Specials Display - One page, text-only display of your lunch specials, dinner specials, daily specials, etc.
- Coupon Display - Unlimited number of printable coupons for your patrons.
- Cuisine Styles - Unlimited number of cuisine style listings. If you don't see a style you would like to be listed under, we can create it for you.
- Website Link - If your restaurant has a website, we provide a link to it.
- E-mail - If you provide your e-mail address, we will provide a link to it so patrons can send you e-mails.
- Driving Directions - We pass your address on to MapQuest to give the patron directions to your restaurant.
- Menu View Count - We provide a visible count of the number of times your menu has been viewed.
Now you can save time by using our online service to view restaurants’ menus before you leave home. Sure, those other sites will give you a listing of restaurants in one city, but how many of them will also give you a listing of all restaurants in a county? And let you view the restaurants’ menus and specials, as well as print coupons? Do you have a comment or criticism you’d like to share with the restaurant owner or manager? We also provide e-mail links to those restaurants that wish to make them available. As if that weren’t enough, we’ve also included a link to MapQuest to help you find your way. Don’t see your favorite restaurant listed here? Click here to send us an e-mail with the restaurant’s name AND phone number, and we’ll pass along your request to them. Also, please sign our guestbook. We use it to determine what areas we need to expand into. You can find a link at the bottom of this page.
You may be asking yourself, “Where is all the flash? Where are all of the pages I’m used to seeing in most websites? Why is this site’s design so basic?”
The answer to that is “simplicity”. We’re not here to show off our web designer’s programming skills in placing meaningless graphics on page after page. That’s not what you came here for. We want to show off his “behind-the-scenes” skills here. What you don’t see in flashiness is more than made up for with results. We chose to make our site’s layout as basic as possible so you’re not forced to get lost in the maze of pages most websites like to run you through, just to finally get to where you really wanted to be in the first place. All restaurant searches you want to make can be accomplished using the selection box in the top-right corner of this page.
You also won’t find any high-resolution graphics that waste your time while you have to wait for them to load. We don’t feel it is necessary to use all of the “bells and whistles” most sites like to use that actually detract from the functionality of their sites. Do you really need to see that background picture of a breathtaking sunset taken from some far-away tropical beach? Will that really help you decide which restaurant you’re going to tonight?
MenusOnline is a valuable online service that allows restaurant patrons to view restaurants' menus before they leave home, making it the ideal way for them to decide which restaurant to visit or for placing their takeout orders without the need to search through all of those paper takeout menus, saving the patrons and the restaurants valuable time.
- Not sure how our site can help you if your restaurant already has a website? We provide a link to your website for those who may not know that you do have a website, or even a restaurant, for that matter. This helps even more potential customers find their way to you. And, if your website’s server happens to be down, chances are ours is still going strong. Customers will still be able to view your menu on our site. Basically, we provide a good, centralized location for customers to find your restaurant quickly and easily.
- With the vast majority of homes and businesses having an internet connection nowadays, you will be able to significantly reduce (or even completely eliminate) the number of takeout menus you need to have printed every year.
- Customers viewing your menu online allows your staff to attend to other duties. If a customer calls your restaurant, they can be referred to our site, freeing up you or your staff to attend to other tasks.
- Customers can decide what they want to order before they arrive at the restaurant, thereby decreasing the turnaround time and making seating available that much sooner for other customers in your waiting area.
- Customers can view and print online coupons, as well as your specials and menus.
- Customers can request to receive e-mails from you where you can keep them up-to-date on the latest events and specials at your establishment.
- You are not locked into a contract for our services as you could be with a phone book listing or other web services.
- For a limited time, new accounts to MenusOnline will receive all services available for a price your local Yellow Pages would be hard-pressed (or even willing) to meet. And, you’ll get far more features than they’re willing to give you. This offer will expire without notice, so take advantage of it while you can.
- Phone (360) 201-0631 or send an e-mail to info@menusonline.biz for more information or pricing.
MenusOnline was started out of the frustration of having to search through all of those paper takeout menus that cluttered countless drawers at home and work, only to realize I’d lost the menu that I was looking for. In the early stages, we were originally going to offer only takeout menus for viewing, but soon saw the benefits of including the “in-house” menus as well.
A fledgling company started in early 2007 listing local-area restaurants, MenusOnline has a strong desire to be the only website of its kind that you will ever need when you are trying to decide where you would like to go or what you would like to order out tonight. And we don’t plan on confining ourselves to our own little corner of the world!
As with many other online businesses, we are family run. But, we hope that will change as we reach out farther and farther from our home to include restaurants in other Washington counties, and, yes, other states as well. Our long-range plans are even more daring than that!
MenusOnline benefits not only restaurant patrons, but also the restaurants themselves. As an online guide, we are able to free up the time a restaurant employee would normally spend on the phone reading off the menu items and prices to a potential patron. MenusOnline can also generate online coupons for viewing and printing, as well as forwarding patrons’ e-mail addresses (if they choose to) on to the restaurants of their choice in order to be informed of events and specials before they happen. We are also looking into other options that will benefit both the patron and the restaurant.
- In the coming months, we will be working to include a MenusOnline insert in the guest directories, as well as at the front desks, of those hotels and motels that provide internet access to their guests, giving the guests a better option to flipping through the local phone book, providing there is no existing contract restricting inserts in the guest rooms. To see a current list of the hotels and motels that were kind enough to allow us to leave our inserts, please click here. Please note that those hotels/motels whose names are followed by an asterisk (*) have agreements with publishing companies which do not allow our inserts in their rooms at this time. However, those agreements do not restrict us from leaving the inserts at their front desks. If you are a restaurant owner and would like to see a MenusOnline insert in the guest directories at those hotels and motels, please use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page and we will pass the request on to the appropriate publishing company. Your request is not a guarantee that our insert will be included. The decision is solely at the discretion of each individual publishing company.
Currently, we are looking for Advertising Sales Agents in most big-city areas. This is a contracted, commission-only position. For more information, please send an e-mail to employment@menusonline.biz.

The scrolling tickers you see at the bottom of the page are Amber Alert tickers. If you happen to notice one that is yellow, please take a minute to read it. You could help save a child’s life. The top ticker is for the United States. And, because of our office’s proximity to Canada, we have also included the Canadian ticker.
MenusOnline does not assume responsibility for misprints or pricing discrepencies in menus. We strive to ensure that the menus are up-to-date. However, restaurants’ prices are subject to change without notice. If you do notice that a menu we display has prices that differ from those of the actual restaurant itself, please use the Contact Us button below to let us know. We will work to get a new menu up as quickly as possible.
Please let the restaurant you visit know that you saw them on MenusOnline. |
